  • There is a min 2 night stay and min 3 nights on public holidays. 3rd & subsequent nights are discounted by 50%.

  • Weekend & School holiday nightly rates for each house (based on $120 per person per night) are ;

Wollombi Country House (sleeps 12-14) -

Fixed rate for up to 10 people - $2400 for min 2 night stay / Additional nights $600 per night

Wollombi Country Dairy (sleeps 10) -

Fixed rate for up to 8 people - $1920 for min 2 night stay / Additional nights $480 per night

  • Additional guests are $100 per person (for 2 night stay), children with their own bed are charged at the same rate, infants in a portacot or sharing a bed are free. (one portacot available - byo bedding)

Bookings

  • Commercially laundered linen & towels included in cost.

  • NSW Public holiday surcharge +10%

  • Midweek (Monday - Thursday) discount -10%

  • Discount if both properties are booked - 20%

  • Flexible Check in & out are often available on request.

  • Mid-stay housekeeping available on request for an additional $300 (beds re-made with same sheets) or $500 (beds re-made with fresh sheets)

  • The property is unfortunately not suitable for pets.

  • There are external CCTV on external entry gates for your security.
